Installing a SFS 2.2 client
A guide which desribes the steps needed to install an SFS 2.2 client
The client node needs a special Lustre enable kernel and the HPLS tools in and order to uses the features of the Lustre filesystem. These tools can be downloaded form our fileserver to various Linux distributions:

Procedures:
- Install the kernel and the lustre modules
- Modify the configuration files of the bootloader to match the new kernel
- Reboot the system
- Install the lustre and the HP tools
- Install the NTP deamon
